The GIRL FIGHT fitness program infuses Martial Arts & Weight loss exercises in every class. You will be required to hold pads during your GIRL FIGHT fitness training and participate in team-work activities. All of our students are on a journey towards their Black Armband and understand that Martial Arts is a practice. GIRL FIGHT Adult fitness & Martial Arts classes are open to girls 16 years and older. We also offer GIRL FIGHT Martial Arts & fitness classes to children ages 6-9 and Teens 10-15 years old. Students under 18 must have parent or guardian sign waiver before taking class.

Girl Fight Muay Thai & Fitness: 
Students of the Girl Fight gym learn the fundamental techniques of Self-Defense, Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA & Kickboxing.  Each class is an infusion of fitness, weight-loss & Martial Arts techniques. The basics of Martial Arts include: stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees & elbows. Muay Thai kickboxing (Thai Boxing) is a form of Martial Arts from Thailand. Muay Thai is referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs" or the "Science of Eight Limbs" because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" (fists) in boxing. 

The Martial Arts are a skill set that takes time and discipline to master.

Girl Fight - American & Glory/K1 Kickboxing
Students learn the fundamental techniques of Self-Defense & American-style kickboxing plus strength, conditioning & stretching. The basics of American Kickboxing are stance, footwork, punches, kicks above the waist & leg sweeps. Leg kicks, clinching, kneeing or elbows are prohibited in this style of kickboxing.


This lesson consists of Striking, No-Gi grappling & submission moves. The class focuses on beginner techniques for Muay Thai/Grappling & MMA. Mixed martial arts (MMA), is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking & grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports.
This is NOT a sparring class. **MMA gloves, MMA/boardshorts, rashguard/tight fitting shirt & mouth guard recommended.
